Clinical Supervision is a professional service for Registered Social Workers and is focused on clinical practice and ethical responsibility. Case-Focused Supervision relates to cases and a review of assessment and treatment. Leadership and systems consultation is a time-limited, professional service focused on specific questions, decision-making, or systems-level concerns.

Yes. Kristin provides clinical supervision for Registered Social Workers registered with the OCSWSSW. Supervision is structured to support competent and ethical practice. Details are outlined here.
Leadership and systems consultation is not coaching. It is a structured, confidential space to think carefully about complex professional situations involving responsibility, ethics, or organizational systems.
Frequency is discussed collaboratively and depends on the nature of the work, your goals, and what feels sustainable. Some people attend regularly, while others come periodically or as needed.
A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations and missed appointments may be subject to the full session fee.
If something isn’t feeling helpful, it’s important to talk about it. Kristin welcomes open discussion about fit, pace, and direction. You are not obligated to continue if the work doesn’t feel appropriate for you.
Confidentiality is taken seriously and handled in accordance with professional and legal standards. Limits to confidentiality, including situations involving risk of harm or legal requirements, are discussed at the outset of work. Smokey Rock Counselling uses the Jane clinic management software.
