Session Fees

Initial consultation, up to 30 minutes. No charge.

A conversation about what you are looking for and whether working together makes sense. Available for every service.

Individual therapy, 50 minutes. $145.

Extended session, 90 minutes. $210. 

Useful when there is more to cover than an hour allows, or when returning to therapy after time away.

A limited number of sliding scale appointments is available each month. If cost is a barrier, raise it at the consultation.

Clinical supervision, 75 minutes. $225. 

The ongoing supervision relationship, covering cases alongside the wider questions of ethics, structural pressure, and the effect of the work over time. 

Available individually or in dyads, with the fee split between the two participants.

Case-focused supervision, 50 minutes. $180. 

Focused work on specific clinical material, booked as needed.

Payment is due at the time of the session.

Receipts are provided for services delivered by a Registered Social Worker. 

Many extended health plans cover social work services, and coverage varies between plans. Check with your insurer about what they reimburse.

A minimum of 24 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations and missed appointments may be charged at the full session fee.
