As a therapist providing personal counselling, I aim to help individuals facing change through the lifespan, and how those changes can manifest into anxiety, depression, emotional dysregulation, work exhaustion and burnout, and other challenges.
Counselling sessions are delivered online, via video, to individuals in Ontario. Appointments include availability on weekdays, evenings and weekends.
Everyone's needs are different, and depending on your situation we will look at which modalities work best for you. Therapists use mixed modalities in personal counselling to combine various approaches such as cognitive-behavioral techniques and mindfulness practices to create a comprehensive treatment plan for you. By integrating multiple therapeutic methods, mixed modalities can address aspects of your well-being, healing and growth.
